We have at least two meetups a month (one social, one practical). And by ‘we’ I mean "I just attended my first meetup but hey, I’m here."

Can you confirm that address? It looks like commercial business space and is not somewhere I would expect for a meet-up. (Unless you a civil engineer, a glass distributor or a website designer… :) All of which are interesting but still not what I’d expect for meet-up space.)
