[Question] What should be my triggers for initiating self quarantine re: Corona virus

[Some answer here, where I asked this question in comments.] Is there some reliable source on the triggers for quarantining one’s self? Both immediate triggers (when X happens, I will not leave the house again until y happens), and warning signs (when Z happens, I’m going to leave the city, in preparation for quarantine, etc.).
